*Kara stopped over for a visit and we did an impromptu shoot. She had this awesome vintage dress and her hair looked great! The set-up was simple. Just a hot-light positioned high behind her. No modifiers at all. Metered at around 800 iso. Shot with a 70-200 2.8 with no hood (to get lens flare) at 70mm f/2.8. The photoshop was minimal. Just a little desaturation. I love the look of these flared photos. I has a soft and angelic look that I've kinda been into lately. I guess all it takes is an amazing model, a camera, and to not over think the techinical.
